Summary
This role owns the group-wide brand strategy, operating the client as a Branded House while enabling each business unit to grow independently within clear brand guardrails. You will create and own clear marketing frameworks, use AI to scale execution efficiently, and lead a small, high-impact team of Marketing Associates. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder—someone who can set strategy, execute, and scale.
Overview:
- Define and enforce group-wide brand standards, identity, and messaging
- Build self-service marketing frameworks for division leaders
- Organize your team into dedicated Industry Pods (e.g., Managed Services, Enterprise, Industrials) — each with a Doer accountable for that vertical''''s growth
- Architect an AI-driven marketing engine that scales output with minimal headcount
- Own marketing budget, ROI tracking, and performance optimization
What We''''re Looking For:
- Experience leading a major brand transformation or expansion
- Strong doer mentality — strategy + execution
- Proven leadership of small, high-performance teams (3–5 people); experience building generalists into vertical experts
- Deep comfort with modern AI and marketing tools
- Strong executive presence — acts as a Growth Multiplier for the multiple Division heads
- Highly data- and ROI-driven mindset
