Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Payments

Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise payment transformation and integration programs. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, payment platform initiatives, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·                  Lead delivery of enterprise payment programs across payment gateways, digital payments, and transaction processing.

·                  Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budget, and resource planning.

·                  Coordinate with business, product, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.

·                  Drive Agile delivery, governance reviews, release planning, and executive reporting.

·                  Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and payment industry standards.

·                  Manage vendor and third-party payment service provider engagements.

·                  Track program KPIs, transaction performance, and issue escalations.
