Site Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Receive data center deliveries both physically and systematically, including devices and consumables.
• Ensure delivered materials are secured and stored appropriately at the time of receipt.
• Expedite shipments and perform ad hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
• Maintain and organize storage areas.
• Create physical project pallets.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites or warehouses.
• Support and appropriately escalate emergent data center operations material requests and other urgent matters.
• Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device inventory scans, scheduled cycle counts based on ABC analysis, and discrepancy deep dives at onsite and warehouse locations.
• Perform physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) activities, including RTS rack transactions and post-project unused-material returns.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work onsite in Manassas, Virginia, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, receiving, shipping, or material-control activities in an operational environment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow physical and systematic material-handling processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and escalation skills.

Tools and Technologies:

• Inventory management systems and warehouse transaction processes.
• Inventory scanning tools and cycle count processes.
