SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) Consultant

The SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting SAP ILM solutions to manage data retention, archiving and compliance requirements.

The role involve working closely with business and technical teams to ensure efficient data with business and technical teams to ensure efficient data lifecycle management in SAP systems. Including S/4 HANA and ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure SAP ILM for data archiving, retention management. And legal compliance.

Implement ILM policies for structured and unstructured data access SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM. etc).

Set up and execute data archiving processes using SAP ILM and Archive Development Kit (ADK)

Integrate ILM with Content Server or external storage systems.

Ensure ILM setup meets regulatory requirements (GDPR, data privacy laws).

Configure retention rules and residence times for sensitive data.

Work with SAP S/4HANA, ECC and third party storage solutions.
