Job Title: Project Manager 2 (Non-IT)

Location: Portland, OR

Client: Bonneville Power Administration

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $69/hr on w2

Number of Days Onsite: 3 days per 2-week period

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix):

·       A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

·       With an applicable Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of experience is required.

·       With a non-applicable Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of experience is required.

·       Without a degree, 10 years of experience is required.

·       Experience should include demonstrated project management experience, including app aspects of process development, planning and execution is required.

·       A Level 2 is typically responsible for medium-sized projects (Less than 25M lifecycle cost) or portions of larger projects. 

·       NOTES:  “Typically” as it refers to project size is determined by an average of the worker’s assigned projects and also includes the complexity, visibility and sensitivity     of the projects within the past year and is not based on a single project funding account.

·       All documentation should clearly identify the worker as a Project Manager “contracted” to BPA and include the name of the worker’s employer.  If performing Project Coordination work, it should NOT account for more than 1/3rd of the billable hours.

Required Technical Skills & Experience  (required on matrix):

·       Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services, which may include Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services, Realty Support Services, or experience coordinating projects that include these support services

·       Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities

·       Ability to manage process reengineering, business transformation, and change facilitation

·       MS Project experience
