Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant Royalties (S/4HANA Fashion & Retail)
Duration: 6+ months
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level SAP FICO Functional Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor to Finance and Retail stakeholders. This is a purely functional role focused on analyzing business challenges, leading solution design, and configuring scalable SAP solutions within an S/4HANA Fashion and Retail environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong finance domain expertise, hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience, and deep knowledge of royalty management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Merchandising, and Retail teams to address operational and reporting challenges
Lead requirements gathering sessions and solution design workshops
Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules in an S/4HANA Fashion environment
Provide subject matter expertise in:
- Royalties management
- Budgeting and sales budgeting
- Cost center accounting
- Financial planning and controlling
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Drive process improvements aligned with retail and fashion best practices
Support integration between FICO and retail-specific modules
Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment
