Summary
Primary Focus:
This role supports the Order Management and Order Fulfillment functions from a fully functional standpoint no development work. It is designed to partner with legacy Sherwin-Williams SMEs to bridge acquired operations into the Oracle ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional lead for Order-to-Cash processes, particularly Order Management and Order Fulfillment.
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements, understand workflows, and assess impacts of the acquisition.
- Partner with Sherwin-Williams legacy experts to align current processes with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Analyze and document business processes, identify gaps, and design futurestate functional solutions.
- Support functional configuration, testing, UAT, and rollout of orderrelated processes.
- Ensure compliance with trade and export requirements where applicable.
- Help determine how current order functions can be incorporated into Oracle Fusion moving forward.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong functional experience in Order Fulfillment
- Oracle Order Management & Pricing
- E2Open Trade Automation / Export Documentation
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders in Order-to-Cash environments
