  • Has proven experience as a CRM Functional Lead or similar role.
  • Has relevant experience / exposure to working in a payroll and EOR environment
  • Possesses strong knowledge of CRM platform Dynamics 365.
  • Understands business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and their usage within D365 CRM e.g. Customer Insights / Sales Hub etc
  • Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Is highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Can manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ideally has experience with system integrations and data migration.
  • Holds a relevant qualification or certification in CRM systems or project management.
