RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a .Net Developer in Boston, MA.
Summary:
We are seeking experienced .Net Developers to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This role focuses on migrating existing applications to modern, cloud-based microservice architectures and building scalable, high-performance solutions.
What You'll Do:
* .Net Developer will design, develop, and enhance cloud-based services and APIs
* Support migration of legacy applications to microservices
* Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders on requirements and solutions
* As a .Net Developer, you will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
* Create and maintain technical and API documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of development experience with .NET (C#) and/or Node.js
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with production cloud services
* Experience with RESTful APIs and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
* Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
* Strong understanding of enterprise-scale, high-performance application architecture
Nice to Have:
* .NET Core, TypeScript, unit testing
* SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
* Docker and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
* Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps)
* Strong communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
