Basic Requirements:
- Security+ Cert
- 10 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 5 additional years of experience as a System Administrator may be substituted for a degree
Job Description:
- Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2).
- Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
Required Experience:
- Experience with AWS
- Intermediate Linux
- Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022
- Bash/other scripting
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually
