Perform IT Solutions analysis, gap identification for software solutions, product requirements and enhancements requested for SCM, OM & Other Supply Chain Modules. Coordinate cross functional expertise for technology platforms (Oracle R12, Cloud Engineering, Interfaces & Integrations) for successful implementation of business software Troubleshoot and diagnose complex business problems and recommend solutions.
