Job Summary
Seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to support an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and optimizing financial allocation models, costing solutions, profitability analysis, and financial calculation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP PaPM allocation and calculation models.
- Develop complex, multi-stage cost allocation methodologies.
- Support profitability analysis, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
- Gather Finance and Controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support integration between SAP PaPM and SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
- Validate financial calculations, data reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with SAP teams and System Integrators.
- Support accurate, auditable management and regulatory reporting.
Required Qualifications
- SAP PaPM: Hands-on implementation, configuration, and modeling experience strongly preferred.
- Financial Allocations: Experience with complex cost allocations, calculation logic, and multi-stage allocation models.
- SAP FI/CO: Strong knowledge of cost accounting, cost center accounting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Financial Modeling: Experience developing and validating financial calculations and profitability models.
- SAP S/4HANA: Understanding of FI/CO integration and financial data flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
Preferred Experience
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- SAP PaPM allocation and calculation functions.
- Financial reconciliation, audit controls, and regulatory reporting.
- Cost-to-serve analysis and financial performance management.
- Collaboration with System Integrators on enterprise SAP implementations.
