Techwish is seeking a Identity & Directory Services Engineer (LDAP / Radiant Logic) for a contract opportunity with one of it's direct clients in Bethesda, MD. This is a hybrid role that requires consultant to work from office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and support Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) for identity data aggregation, synchronization and virtualization.
Configure and support LDAP directories (e.g., OpenLDAP, AD LDS) for authentication and application integration.
Implement and maintain Identity Correlation Service (ICS) or similar identity synchronization solutions.
Develop and maintain identity synchronization workflows between multiple systems ( AD, LDAP, cloud directories).
Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and directory integration issues.
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of directory services infrastructure.
Monitor and audit directory services for compliance and security requirements.
Collaborate with application teams to integrate LDAP/AD authentication.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS) and AD LDS.
Hands-on experience with LDAP protocols and directory design.
Experience with Radiant Logic VDS (Virtual Directory Server).
Knowledge of Identity Correlation Service (ICS) or identity matching systems.
