Overview

Relate Search is partnering with an oil & gas organization seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives focused on systems implementation, data migration, and integration efforts. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions while aligning business objectives, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects including systems implementations, application rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication using project management tools, including OnePlan.
• Coordinate data migration and integration efforts between systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and successful deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to define requirements, track progress, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, change management, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven experience managing IT projects involving systems implementations, software deployments, and data migration/integration initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall approaches.
• Experience using project management platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
