Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Service Techno-Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Explain and manage the complete Service lifecycle in Oracle EBS

• Map business processes to EBS transaction flows across Service and Inventory modules

• Identify and validate configuration dependencies within Service modules

• Validate setup related to service billing, warranties, and RMAs

• Ensure traceability of service revenue and parts revenue

• Analyze end-to-end transaction flow from Service Request to Work Order to Parts Issue to Billing to Accounts Receivable

• Understand and work with key Oracle EBS Service and Inventory data model tables

• Identify accurate source tables for reporting and analytics

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting

• Trace data lineage across multiple EBS modules

• Reconcile transactional discrepancies between operational and financial data

• Validate data extraction logic for reporting initiatives

• Perform data validation and reconciliation during UAT cycles

• Understand Subledger to General Ledger transaction flow

• Analyze revenue recognition impact within service transactions

• Support deferred revenue scenarios where applicable

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data integrity

• Support reporting and analytics initiatives sourced from Oracle EBS
