Role Overview
The Senior Manager supporting the Digital Value Stream will play a key role in driving coordination, financial oversight, and execution tracking across digital initiatives. This is a techno–project management role that combines strong operational discipline with an understanding of technology delivery. The individual will help ensure initiatives within the Digital value stream are progressing as planned, vendors are effectively managed, and leadership has a clear and accurate view of program status.
The role will act as a central point of coordination across internal Blue Cross teams, vendor partners, and Digital leadership, helping translate project progress, financials, and risks into structured updates for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Track progress, milestones, and risks across initiatives within the Digital value stream
- Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend
- Manage coordination with vendor partners and ensure delivery commitments are met
- Provide structured status updates and reporting to Blue Cross Digital leadership
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external vendors to maintain alignment
- Support governance, planning, and operational management of the Digital value stream initiatives
Qualifications
