Operational Data Steward

• Data Steward for Healthcare Customers (including Professionals and Organizations) which includes consolidation of duplicate records, ensuring all required identifiers are listed on consolidated records, investigating potential affiliations between Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations, addressing field force data change requests, assisting data management functions within the team, organizing and analyzing multiple data sources, ensuring data quality assurance, conducting User Acceptance Testing for various system releases, and providing ad-hoc assistance to various team members.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel skills including creation and editing of pivot tables, and experience using VLOOKUP and IF statements.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and transition between assignments quickly.

Experience:

• Experience in Customer Master and data analysis is preferred, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry professional and organization customer data environments.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate duplicate records.
• Ensure all required identifiers are listed on consolidated records.
• Investigate potential affiliations between Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations.
• Address field force data change requests.
• Assist data management functions within the team.
• Organize and analyze multiple data sources.

• Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members.

Should Have:

• Experience working with healthcare-related customer data.

Skills:

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements).
• Data analysis.
• Data quality management.

Qualification And Education:

• Minimum of 2 years of coursework towards a degree in Business Administration or other applicable business areas.
• Business-related academic background preferred.
