A financial services organization is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for being an analytical/procedural expert that will focus on strategy, rules configuration, and software implementation to drive the client's industry-leading auto lending business.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Locations: Lewisville, TX, Detroit, MI, Charlotte, NC, or Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
- Understand complex business challenges to help build business intelligent solutions for core functional areas
- Strong subject matter knowledge in both business outcomes and platform capabilities.
- Partner with matrix teams to drive discovery and delivery of business focused solutions.
- Act as key thought leader in supporting efficient tactical delivery
- Ability to understand, lead, and/or configure concepts and best practices across an Agile driven delivery lifecycle.
- Document conceptual designs and flows to support business outcomes.
- Work with ambiguous and complex requirements and help refine them into distinct tactical goals.
- Show proactiveness in all facets of work and duties.
- Self-driven resource who takes direction well and always aligns their work to the overarching stated goals of the initiative.
- Possess ability to see around corners and provide guidance to leadership of any upcoming obstacles / decisions required.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply learnings to drive platform innovations
- Ability to present complex concepts, design, and directions in an intuitive format and concise manner
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Need Low code platform experience - (they are moving away from OutSystems) they are using Plor (FICO platform).
- Any type of low code/business system configuration will work
- Auto finance/financial background (mortgage)
- Any type of loan/mortgage rule configurations
- Groovy scripting is extremely helpful (if there are similar languages she can be open)
- SQL querying experience is very helpful
Desired Skills:
- Project Management/Business Analyst certification
- Experience with DMP migration
- MOSEL experience
