As the organization continues to invest in cloud-native technologies, automation, and modern DevOps practices, they are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who enjoys building scalable platforms, improving developer productivity, and driving operational excellence.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll own engineering environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and infrastructure automation while partnering closely with cloud operations and software engineering teams. You'll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, introduce modern tooling, and solve complex deployment challenges across both cloud-hosted and customer-managed environments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments
  • Experience supporting on-premises software deployments and customer environments
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
  • Experience with Git-based source control workflows
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
  • Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or RabbitMQ
  • Load and performance testing using tools such as k6, JMeter, or Locust
  • Experience with Kubernetes management tools such as K9s or Headlamp
  • Familiarity with DigitalOcean environments
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar compliance initiatives
  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain development, QA, staging, and performance testing environments
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment lifecycle management
  • Develop and maintain deployment tooling for both cloud and customer-hosted environments
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment workflows
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve software delivery, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Support production issues alongside cloud operations teams and participate in root cause analysis
  • Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions across engineering environments
  • Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing
  • Improve infrastructure security and support compliance initiatives
  • Research, evaluate, and implement modern DevOps technologies and automation tools
  • Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production systems
