Job Title: Principal Project Engineer / Owner s Representative Location: Morris Plains, NJ Length of Assignment: 6 12+ months Pay Rate: $55/hr - $78/hr all-in rate (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Senior-level Project Engineer / Owner s Rep to lead large-scale GMP engineering projects. Heavy focus on CAPEX governance, change controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination from initiation through turnover.
Must Have:
- 10+ years project management experience in pharma/biotech
- CAPEX project leadership
- Change control management experience
- cGMP experience
- Experience serving as SME during audits
Nice to Have:
- Owner s Rep experience
- SOP writing experience
- Capital approval documentation experience
