Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end integration architecture across Azure AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint infrastructure, applications, and security. The candidate will design, validate, and guide large-scale tenant migrations while ensuring compliance, security, and optimal architecture for enterprise collaboration and infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define end-state architecture for Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Endpoint Management

• Validate and refine migration approach (PIP) with technical accuracy

• Oversee technical dependencies across multiple infrastructure waves

• Support transport rules, domain alignment, DNS cutovers

• Guide SSO integration for 40–100 enterprise applications

• Rebuild compliance policies: DLP, retention, labeling, eDiscovery (~100+ policies)

• Assist Core Infrastructure team with Azure VM design as needed

• Produce architecture documents, runbooks, and cutover playbooks

• Guide desktop/redeployment teams and coordinate with PMO and cross-tower leads

• Troubleshoot identity failures, throttling issues, and migration bottlenecks
