We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, complex technology initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and operational safety. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys bringing fresh perspectives to existing systems and processes.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate large, complex IT projects with significant organizational impact
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall lifecycle execution
Collaborate across the software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, release, and deployment
Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and services using business applications and technology
Interpret internal and external customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or engineering
7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in IT, or 11+ years of related business experience
Highly Preferred Experience:
Managing IT infrastructure projects including core hosting, networks (corporate and field), and cloud implementations (Azure experience a plus)
Oil & gas industry experience, particularly supporting field or operational projects
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in scope planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project execution
Data Bricks and Big Data Analytics experience
PMP Certification
