ServiceNow Consultant (Techno-Functional)

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements, design workflows, and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

Develop solutions (workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, reports).

Support end-to-end project lifecycle design, build, testing, deployment, and support.

Provide functional guidance on ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Manage integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP).

Prepare documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in ServiceNow development, 3+ years in ServiceNow consulting.

Strong ServiceNow configuration & development skills (JavaScript, Glide API).

Experience with ITIL processes, integrations, and workflow design.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/HR/CSM/ITOM) preferred.
