Job Title : SAP Warranty Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing SAP ECC warranty customizations and reverse engineer functional logic to document current state processes.
• Conduct S/4HANA warranty fit gap assessments with emphasis on clean core principles and standardized solutioning.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for current state and future state warranty capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional feasibility and support configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate design sign off activities by preparing documentation, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience with SAP ECC Warranty and SAP S/4HANA Warranty, including end-to-end configuration knowledge.
• Strong background in analyzing custom objects, functional specs, and enhancements within warranty processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform clean core fit gap evaluation and recommend standard aligned design approaches.
• Excellent documentation skills, including functional design, process mapping, and requirements tracing.
• Ability to work effectively across technical, business, and testing teams with strong communication and facilitation skills.
