Senior Analyst Manhattan Active

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS) to provide post-implementation (RUN) support for retail clients. This role focuses on L2/L3 production support, system stability, and continuous improvement not implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Manhattan Active applications (WMS/OMS).
• Manage incidents, problems, and service requests following ITIL best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.
• Ensure SLA compliance through close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base and support processes.
• Support production patches, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Participate in on-call support for critical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on Manhattan Active experience (WMS/OMS preferred).
• Strong post-implementation/RUN support experience.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of retail and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with Manhattan Active cloud architecture.
