We are seeking an experienced Agilist to drive Agile transformation initiatives, coach teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), facilitating ceremonies, and guiding cross-functional teams toward high performance and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile principles and best practices
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, PI Planning, etc.)
Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting team velocity and performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and feedback loops
Partner with leadership to promote Agile mindset and servant leadership principles
Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning, and release management activities
Monitor Agile maturity and provide recommendations for process enhancements
Champion DevOps and CI/CD alignment where applicable
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe frameworks
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams
Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, cycle time, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent
Experience leading enterprise-level Agile transformations
Background in project management or software development
