This is John from SLIGO. We have an urgent requirement for Salesforce Solution Architect - REMOTE position with our client.
- 6+ years Salesforce architecture & solution design; 2+ years in enterprise/government
- 3+ years: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau
- 3+ years: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- 3+ years: Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- 3+ years: Large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Oversee end-to-end architecture for CCAP solution; align with CoE guardrails
- Define full architecture blueprint - business processes, integrations, data, security
- Design multi-cloud Salesforce solution (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau)
- Define system boundaries, integration and environment strategy
- Extend Public Sector Salesforce data models for agency-specific needs
- Participate in Solution Architecture Review (SAR) process and Architecture Review Board
- Review and approve all architectural, design, and technical decisions
