Summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison Support (LNO) Systems Analyst to support the Soldier Medical Devices program at Ft. Detrick, Maryland. The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on Army automated logistics systems and provide critical support for medical materiel fielding missions, data management, and system coordination. This role will work closely with PM SMD, product managers, and fielding teams to ensure accurate logistics data, effective system utilization, and successful execution of medical device distribution and fielding operations in support of the U.S. Army mission.

Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison su pport (LNO) Systems Analyst:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of Army Automation Systems, including: TEWLS, LOGICOL System, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, M3PT, and other systems authorized by PM SMD.
  • Utilize Army Automation Systems to upload data, conduct required data entry, and ensure accurate and timely updates prior to, during, and upon completion of fielding missions.
  • Provide training to other staff members within the Soldier Medical Devices program to ensure proficiency in the use of these systems and to support the successful execution of fielding operations.
  • Advise and assist PM SMD with the transition, implementation, and execution of DPAS as the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) for material transactions and accountability.
  • Advise and assist PM SMD Product Managers with the transition, implementation, and execution of the DST-SM Distribution Coordination platform designed to build Materiel Fielding Plans for medical device distribution.
  • Advise and assist PM SMD FID with the transition, implementation, and execution of the DST-SM Distribution Synchronization/Equipping Events Platform designed to accurately reflect approved materiel fielding project schedules.
  • Download and review packed data for accuracy; identify discrepancies and report findings to the Government System Analyst.
  • Download all ACN/BDN data associated with UICs being fielded to verify that all set components are loaded and available for data entry and updates at the fielding site.
  • Perform all other LNO responsibilities as outlined in sections C.2.15.1 through C.2.15.19 in support of the Ft. Detrick-based FID.
Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison su pport (LNO) Systems Analyst Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in medical logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Army automated logistics systems, including the Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), LOGICOL System, Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST), Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT), and other systems authorized by PEO Soldier (PEOS) and PM SMD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at various echelons.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requirements effectively.
  • Experience coordinating and managing medical materiel fielding missions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
