job summary:

Key Responsibilities


Support application teams with Harness adoption and onboarding activities in alignment with enterprise standards and processes.


Coordinate with application teams and enterprise platform teams to address Harness onboarding prerequisites, dependencies, and technical issues.


Configure, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Harness, XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory.


Support application onboarding to XLR and associated deployment automation.


Develop and maintain YAML configurations, Ansible playbooks, shell scripts, and deployment automation.


Design, implement, and support OpenShift environments for application deployment and scaling.


Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline, deployment, integration, and configuration issues.


Support non-production and production releases, including deployment triage and post-release activities.


Standardize and centralize application configurations, automation scripts, and deployment processes.


Perform POCs for new DevOps tools and capabilities.


Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve deployment reliability.

Required Skills


Strong hands-on experience with Harness and CI/CD pipelines


Experience supporting application teams with Harness adoption, integration, and deployments


Hands-on experience with XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and OpenShift


Strong Linux and shell scripting skills


Experience with YAML, configuration management, and deployment automation


Strong CI/CD troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


Experience supporting enterprise application releases and deployments


Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills


Preferred Skills


Experience supporting migration from existing deployment tools/processes to Harness


Experience with enterprise-scale DevOps and CI/CD environments


Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle/Exadata, and Microsoft Server environments
