Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, and ETL initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery for cross-functional data engineering and analytics teams, ensuring successful execution of BI dashboards, ETL pipelines, reporting solutions, and data integration projects.
The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, BI Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and improve team productivity and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Grooming
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery of BI and ETL initiatives across multiple sprint cycles.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical teams.
- Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery KPIs.
- Identify and remove blockers impacting project delivery.
- Support release planning and roadmap execution.
- Ensure proper prioritization of user stories related to:
- Data ingestion
- Data transformation
- Reporting
- Dashboard development
- Data quality
- Data governance
- Collaborate with:
- BI Developers
- ETL Developers
- Data Architects
- QA Teams
- Product Owners
- Drive risk management and dependency tracking for enterprise data projects.
- Ensure Agile documentation and compliance standards are maintained.
