Looking for a Project Manager (PMP) experience working with State or Govenrment agencies.

Location: Columbia, SC – Onsite

Minimum Requirements:
· At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, information systems, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects of moderate complexity and risk.
· Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and managing project lifecycles.
· Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Microsoft Planner (Premium), JIRA, or similar. (Agile is a preference over Waterfall)
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Project Management (Agile) Certifications such as:
o Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
o SAFe Agilist (SA)
o Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
· At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or enterprise environment.
· Experience leading application migration projects for government agencies.
· Experience leading complex projects in the field of information technology.
· Experience working with state agencies.
· Knowledge of state government procurement and fiscal policies.
· Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
· Strong understanding of enterprise systems and cross-agency collaboration.
