We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle development and implementation of an AI-enabled digital learning platform. In this position, you will drive project planning, sprint execution, and risk management while coordinating cross-functional technical teams, designers, and institutional stakeholders.

  • Manage complex software development projects from definition and MVP through production deployment.

  • Facilitate Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, resource coordination, and release management.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across software engineers, UX designers, data specialists, business leaders, and third-party vendors.

  • Track timelines, budgets, dependencies, and project deliverables using Azure DevOps and collaborative PM tools.

  • Manage integrations involving cloud systems, enterprise platforms, and digital credential solutions.

  • Required Skills:

    • Project Management: 5+ years managing complex software and digital platform implementations

    • Product Lifecycle: 3+ years managing products from MVP to full production rollout

    • AI & Data Platforms: 3+ years with AI-enabled applications, personalization systems, or data-intensive products

    • EdTech & Learning Systems: 3+ years with EdTech platforms, learning technologies, LMS integrations, or workforce systems

    • Cloud Architecture: 3+ years with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

    • Enterprise Systems: 3+ years working with system integrations involving platforms like Salesforce and Canvas

    • Agile Tooling: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and backlog management

  • Preferred (Highly Desired) Skills:

    • Certifications: PMP certification or eligibility

    • UX / Tooling: Familiarity with Figma for UX prototyping workflows

    • Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet, or MS Project
