Job Title: Senior SCM Functional Consultant 

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Senior SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a critical role focused on maintaining the stability and optimization of supply chain, procurement, and warehouse operations for a high-stakes client environment.

• Work Mode: This is a 100% remote position based in USA & Canada.
• Travel: We do occasionally get the team together or visit partners in the USA, so valid travel documents are a must.
• Status: We are currently only moving forward with candidates who are having or can get B1, B2 Visa(Citizen, PR holders)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Stability: Resolving complex issues across Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Inventory, and Master Planning (MRP).
• WMS/TMS Mastery: Troubleshooting Advanced Warehouse and Transportation Management configurations, including mobile device integration.
• Data Integrity: Managing synchronization between SCM and external integrations like 3PL providers.
• Strategic Engagement: Analyzing incident trends to propose system enhancements and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of functional experience in D365 F&O SCM modules (this is a non-negotiable requirement for this Senior/Advisor level).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory valuation and circularity.
• Communication: Exceptional soft skills to manage urgent "system down" situations with calm and clarity.
• Certification: MB-330 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management) is highly preferred.
