Machine Learning Data Scientist (Python/R)/Data Scientist Big Data & Machine Learning

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to develop innovative, data-driven solutions through exploratory analysis of complex, high-dimensional datasets. This role will focus on building predictive models, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting product enhancements through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to identify patterns, opportunities, and business-driven insights
• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms to maximize value extraction from large datasets
• Generate and test hypotheses, analyze experimental results, and interpret findings to support product decisions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition analytical prototypes into scalable products, services, and features
• Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization support, including customer service dashboards and ad-hoc analytical reporting needs

Required Skills

• Strong experience with programming languages such as Python and/or R
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Proven experience working with large-scale datasets

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Science or a similar analytics role

• Hands-on expertise in Python/R, Hadoop, or Tableau
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience building models and delivering insights from large datasets
