Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in Coupa platform administration and Procure-to-Pay modules.
Proficiency in Coupa and SAP S/4HANA system integrations and data synchronization.
Experience with IDOCs and automated purchase order to sales order data flow management.
Experience in Coupa Supplier Information Management and vendor onboarding protocols.
Experience with Accounts Payable automation and complex procurement approval workflows.
Experience in troubleshooting backend data flows for warehouse picking and shipping processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and configure Coupa Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable system modules.
Orchestrate technical integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Resolve integration failures involving IDOCs and automated purchase order data flows.
Administer supplier information management workflows and data governance standards.
Optimize procurement approval chains and supplier interaction configurations.
Support end-to-end invoicing workflows and financial system reconciliation tasks.
Execute technical enhancements for pick, pack, and ship data transitions in SAP.
