We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineering Manager to lead the planning and execution for our next generation AIML Platforms, Infrastructure and AIOps for Channel Sales at scale from 0-1n. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of this transformative technology, drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative AI solutions that leverage generative models to create captivating user experiences across our product lines. \n\nYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business SMEs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers to develop breakthrough products that push the boundaries of AI and deliver real value to our internal and external users.
10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Software Engineering with successful launch of large scale consumer facing Commerce products worldwide\n5+ years leading Machine Learning, Infra and AIOps teams and managing direct reports \nSuccessful track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full GenAI/LLM product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation and launch\nExperience positioning and launching of new AI powered products\nExtraordinary verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience\nDemonstrated ability to develop compelling talking points and stories about new AI powered product and technologies for a broad audience including internal/external stakeholders, leaderships, users etc\nStrong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a clear impact on the direction of products\nStrong organizational skills, able to handle ambiguity with experience in thriving in a startup environment within a large organization\nStrong python and software development coding experience\nProven customer focus and curiosity\nDemonstrates attention to detail and enjoys both hands-on work and high-level strategic thinking\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related technical field
Experience building new relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration, with ability to influence without authority\nExperience setting up new process, tools and KPIs from the ground up\nAnalytical and strategic mindset with ability to solve complex problems\nTeam player and willingness to mentor team members
