Summary

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to manage the physical and virtual backbone of our technology operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focusing on the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of hardware and network systems. You will lead the transition from initial setup (hardware provisioning) to full operational support, ensuring 99.9% uptime and rapid resolution of technical bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

The IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure while providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users. The role includes overseeing servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and user support, strong networking knowledge, hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365, and endpoint management tools, along with solid vendor management and troubleshooting skills.
