Position: Workday Business Analyst (Job id 96245-1)

Location: Oakland CA 94607 HYBRID (onsite required for occasional meetings in Oakland)

Duration: 9 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Responsibility will include partnering closely with Payroll leadership, P&E Technology, Payroll Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to partner in testing configuration in new Workday Payroll and Time entry system.
  • Knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, compliance standards, and system configuration. This role will help support the payroll team as needed with audit, reporting and other projects as needed.

Required Skills

  • Payroll Business Analyst 2 years
  • Payroll Specialist/equivalent 5 Years (current)
  • Workday Payroll processing 2 years
  • Ultipro, UKG Workforce Management and Workday Payroll

Preferred Skills

  • UKG transition to Workday configuration and testing
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligent Reporting
