  • Experience with signal mapping and analog/digital I/O configuration.

  • Experience with real-time simulation and Model-Based Design.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software integration issues.

  • Experience with embedded controllers and firmware validation.

  • Knowledge of validation methodologies and DVT processes.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on OPAL-RT experience.

  • Experience with power supplies or data-center power systems.

  • Experience with breakout/interface boards.

  • Experience with signal conditioning, gain setting, pin mapping, and wiring validation.

  • Experience with communication interfaces used in power-electronics systems.

  • Experience with fault injection and controller algorithm verification.

  • Experience with dSPACE, NI VeriStand, or other real-time HIL platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain HIL test setups for power electronic systems.

  • Develop and maintain real-time models of power circuits using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.

  • Integrate power-converter controllers with HIL environments.

  • Perform signal conditioning, scaling, gain configuration, pin mapping, and wiring validation.

  • Configure analog and digital I/O.

  • Set up and verify communication interfaces.

  • Execute validation activities based on Design Verification Test (DVT) plans.

  • Perform controller algorithm verification and fault-injection testing.

  • Analyze test results and prepare validation reports.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, control, and HIL-related issues.

  • Work closely with Controls, Firmware, Systems, and Test Engineering teams.
