Business Development / Prospecting Ability to identify, target, and acquire new direct clients for IT staffing services.
Client Relationship Management Skilled at initiating and maintaining professional relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Sales Communication & Presentation Skills Proficient in conducting intro calls, presenting company capabilities, and influencing decision-makers.
IT Staffing Industry Knowledge Understanding of IT staff augmentation, contract staffing models, and vendor registration processes.
Onboarding & Vendor Management Experience managing client onboarding, registration, and activation processes to start business engagement.
