Looking for a strong, business-focused Oracle Fusion Procurement Lead for a long-term contract based in Menlo Park, CA.

** Core Requirements:**
Primary Domain: Deep Oracle Fusion Purchasing / Procurement expertise (PO creation, approvals, change orders, receipts, price negotiation).
AP & Accounting: Strong understanding of Accounts Payable context and how POs translate into accounting entries and accruals.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, understand end-to-end process needs, and suggest practical solutions.
