Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (NY, OH, or nearby states preferred)
The Role
We’re hiring a hunter-focused Sales Executive to drive new business in flexible packaging and converter markets. You’ll sell converter-grade film solutions to packaging converters, printers, and manufacturers - leveraging your existing network to close deals and grow market share.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, pipeline, and close new business (full sales cycle)
Sell flexible packaging films to converters and industrial customers
Manage key accounts and expand relationships
Travel 30–40% for customer visits and industry events
What You Bring
4+ years in flexible packaging sales (converters/manufacturers)
Deep knowledge of packaging films and substrates
Proven new business development (“hunter”) success
Self-starter who thrives remotely
