You're an experienced software engineer who is equally passionate about software development and software quality. Your responsibilities include working closely with multi-functional teams, acting as the technical point of contact, take ownership of problems and deliverables, lead engineering efforts, and organize engineering tasks to deliver the next generation of Find My features. 8+ years of validated hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of owning complex, end-to-end feature development - from requirements gathering and system design through release decisions and bug convergence - in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.\nAbility to take ownership, identify requirements, prioritize and make progress in an environment with limited given input\nStrong Swift expertise - including but not limited to: Multithreading, non-blocking IO\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)\nAbility to be in office Monday through Thursday

Strong understanding of common data structures and basic graph algorithms\nHands on experience writing strong object-oriented code including creating frameworks, modular and testable software\nExperience in C, C++\nWorking knowledge of cryptography standards and protocols (e.g.. PKCS, KMIP, X.509, AES, KDF, CA)\nExperience in the AI/ML domain\nVery strong in leading others and hands-on in programming, system design, and problem solving\nExperience driving release decisions, scoping work, and driving bug convergence\nExperience in cross team collaboration and communication across multiple timezones\nAble to work in an ambiguous and highly interdependent work environment to get things done in an efficient and tactful way\nAbility to thrive in a multi-functional team on high-profile, critical projects\nBS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
