This will be twice a month travel during design but largely remote thereafter (on-demand travel).

Job Description
Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud v2 solutions
Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud v2 modules to ensure they align with client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud v2 with other systems.
Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP Service Cloud v2 environment.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases
Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud v2 modules to ensure they align with client need
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud v2 with other systems.
Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve.
Strong understanding of utility business processes, including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing.
Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting environment.
