Our client, a rapidly growing consulting organization with a thriving NetSuite practice, is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Lead Consultant to spearhead complex Hospitality implementations for an expanding portfolio of clients. This is far more than a typical consulting role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and strategic partner, helping hospitality organizations modernize operations, optimize financial performance, and maximize their NetSuite investment.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and optimization
- Conducting business process workshops to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities
- Designing scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives
- Configuring NetSuite Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory, and operational workflows
- Collaborating with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and IT teams
- Driving solution design sessions and producing comprehensive functional documentation
- Supporting data migration efforts including mapping, validation, testing, and deployment activities
- Guiding User Acceptance Testing and ensuring successful go-live readiness
- Delivering training sessions and knowledge transfer programs to maximize user adoption
- Partnering with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and third-party applications
- Optimizing business processes and system utilization following implementation
- Advising clients on NetSuite best practices and long-term system strategy
- Supporting integrations with platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Avalara, POS systems, and other hospitality technologies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with significant implementation leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from design through deployment
- Strong functional expertise across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes
- Experience conducting discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and solution design engagements
- Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience
- Strong understanding of financial management, inventory, purchasing, and operational workflows
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and end users
- Strong consulting, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments while managing multiple projects
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience across restaurant, hospitality, franchise, multi-location, or sporting event operations
- Experience supporting high-volume transaction environments
- Knowledge of POS integrations including Toast, Square, NCR, or similar platforms
- Experience with SuiteBilling, Revenue Management, or Advanced Inventory
- Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware solutions
- Experience supporting multi-entity NetSuite environments
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading delivery teams
