Pay Range: $35 - $37/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production incidents and monitor alerts
- Lead bridge calls and coordinate technical teams
- Escalate critical issues and drive incident resolution
- Track RCA completion and communicate status updates
- Assess customer impact and determine priority
- Coordinate outages and manage stakeholder communications
- Own major incidents and execute executive escalations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2-3 years of incident management experience
- Strong incident leadership and structured thinking
- Business impact awareness and excellent communication skills
- Ownership mindset, focusing beyond just technical troubleshooting
- Must be comfortable for onsite work
