Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in software quality assurance leadership and test strategy development.
Proficiency in automated testing framework implementation and automation tool selection.
Experience in end-to-end functional, backend data, and system integration testing.
Experience with building technical QA dashboards for test progress and results visibility.
Experience in transitioning manual testing environments into automated execution cycles.
Experience with ISTQB, CSQA, or CMSQ quality standards and SDLC artifact retention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for complex software applications.
Configure and deploy automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Develop and maintain QA dashboards to drive testing workstreams to timely completion.
Manage end-to-end testing cycles including functional, data, and regression testing phases.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing strategies and provide technical support to business stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and document software defects while collaborating with teams on resolution.
Direct the growth of the testing practice by establishing enterprise-level quality standards.
