Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Specialist II to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and integrating suppliers into the SAP Ariba platform while providing Tier 2 support to resolve supplier-related issues. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to maintain effective supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding and configuration of suppliers within the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring seamless integration into the system.
Provide Tier 2 support to address supplier inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor supplier interactions and maintain strong relationships through clear and effective communication.
Ensure system functionality and troubleshoot any integration challenges.
Collaborate with procurement teams to support supplier enablement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize SAP S/4HANA to integrate procurement and supplier management workflows.
Develop and maintain documentation related to supplier enablement processes.
Conduct training sessions for suppliers on utilizing the SAP Ariba platform.
Analyze supplier data to identify and implement improvements.
Work closely with internal teams to align supplier enablement with organizational goals.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including Supplier Enablement and Business Network functionality.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA with integration expertise in procurement and supplier management processes.
Strong technical skills, including expertise in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Customer-service-oriented approach with proven problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier enablement, procurement systems support, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Ability to analyze and improve supplier processes based on system insights.
