RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal FS 70 BE 30 FE NodeJS NPM Express Nest in Salt Lake City, UT.

Summary:
This person will develop high-quality, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code. The candidate should participate in and lead all phases of the development process, from conception to deployment as a member of an agile team.

Duties:
* Participation in the design and architecture of full stack software solutions
* Guide junior developers in building their craft, and coaching standards and engineering protocols
* Work with product management on requirements, decompose epics into user-stories, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our long-term strategy
* Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when vital

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related major with 5+ years of full-stack development experience
* 5+ years of expertise in Angular is required; exposure to Vue.js and other frameworks is preferred
* 10 years of experience developing REST API in Node JS
* Proven experience with Typescript, Core JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS
* Demonstrated ad operating applications in the Cloud (AWS Serverless, EKS, KMS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, Kubernetes)
* Experience in automation (Jenkins pipelines, automated regression testing, continuous integration/deployment)
* Experience of using node.js and a good understanding of npm packages

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
