| Tasks & Duties |
| • System Design & Architecture |
| • Design and define the overall structure of software systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with business and operational requirements. |
| • Define system components, data flow, and integration points across applications and external systems. |
| • Establish design standards, best practices, and security considerations across all system layers. |
| • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure system design meets functional and technical needs. |
| • Prepare design specifications for database systems (Oracle and SQL), integrations, reporting, and application workflows. |
| • Develop data models, process flows, and system diagrams to represent workflows and integrations. |
| • Review system architecture and production behavior periodically and recommend improvements for performance and maintainability. |
| • System Documentation & Technical Specifications |
| • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation describing system architecture, components, and workflows. |
| • Document database structures, data flows, reporting logic, and integration points. |
| • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, enhancements, issue resolutions, and production support activities. |
| • Create user and operational guides to support system usage and maintenance. |
| • Ensure documentation supports troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, onboarding, and long-term system sustainability. |
| • Maintain traceability between business requirements and implemented solutions. |
| • Update documentation based on system changes, enhancements, fixes, and production incidents. |
| • Application Development & Implementation |
| • Develop and enhance application features based on approved business and functional requirements. |
| • Implement system functionalities across frontend, backend, and database layers. |
| • Configure and integrate applications with databases, reporting systems, and external services. |
| • Support implementation of data processing workflows, scheduled jobs, and reporting solutions. |
| • Generate system outputs such as reports, logs, and audit trails for operational use. |
| • Identify and resolve system issues, including functional errors and performance bottlenecks. |
| • Monitor system behavior in production and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. |
| • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing and legacy systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. |
| • Requirement Analysis and Business User Collaboration |
| • Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, discussions, and requirement sessions with business users. |
| • Interpret user needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. |
| • Evaluate requirements for feasibility, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. |
| • Prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and system constraints. |
| • Review and validate requirements with business users to ensure accuracy and completeness. |
| • Maintain continuous communication with business users to address queries, production issues, and provide updates. |
| • Support decision-making by providing technical insights and solution recommendations. |

| Required Skills |
| A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets: |
| • Microsoft .Net programming using ASP .Net & C#, |
| • Design and implementation of complex queries and stored procedures written in Microsoft SQL while ensuring that the procedure script is efficient. |
| • Proficiency in HTML.XML, AJAX & JavaScript |
| • Expertise in building applications in a n-tier architecture using object-oriented methodologies. |
| • Expertise in writing Oracle Stored Procedures & functions |
| • Angular Framework and maintain components for all functions |
| • Data retrieval skills Material View, View, and CI/CD processes |
| • SSRS Report generate, and Job process maintains |
